Food is a source of happiness for many people and can instantly satisfy both physical and mental needs. When we leave home and travel to a different place, we naturally compare the similarities and differences in the food between the two locations. This comparison enhances our understanding of both our home and the new environment, making us more aware of the distinct characteristics of each place and our identity. Phoebe Man used images and text to express her food memories from Taiwan and Hong Kong. Additionally, audiences can use food coloring sheets to share their memories, feelings, and imaginations about food during the exhibition. When the works of the audience accumulate, they usually can form a collective identity of a place. These participatory artworks have been transformed into an animation.

食物是不少人的快樂泉源，可即時滿足身心的需要。我們離家，到異地，進餐時自然會比較兩個地方的食物異同，對家園和新處環境的認知自然而生，使我們更加認識兩地，讓我們更加意識到每個地方的獨特之處以及我們的身份認同。 文晶瑩用影像和文字去表達她對台灣和香港的食物記憶，展覽時觀眾也可以用食物填色紙分享他們對食物的情感和想像。當觀眾的作品累積起來，許多時就會形成一個集體的身份認同。她把兩者轉化成動畫。
