Lauren (she/her) is an artist and PhD researcher at Central Saint Martins. Her research examines how asteroids are perceived as future resources by techno-scientific and science-fiction narratives. Through speculative sculptural practice, she reimagines the machines and materials that mediate encounters with outer space, exploring how they might exist beyond utility and extraction.

Lauren is the winner of the Graduate Art Prize, the Zsuzsi Roboz Scholarship, and the Broomhill National Sculpture Prize. Solo exhibitions include The Muse Gallery, Bankside Artist Space, and Winchester Gallery, she has also contributed to international group shows in China and Latvia, and group exhibitions at Three Highgate Gallery, Whitechapel Gallery, and Tate Modern.
