Anahita RAZMI

Anahita Razmi is a German-Iranian visual artist and Senior Lecturer in Fine Art at Central Saint Martins (University of the Arts London), and an Associate Fellow at TrAIN Research Centre (UAL). She works across installation, moving image, photography, objects, and performance. Her practice examines cultural transfer, power, and representation through the recontextualization of images, objects, and gestures across political and geographical contexts. Razmi studied Media Art at Bauhaus-Universität Weimar and completed postgraduate studies in Fine Art at the Staatliche Akademie der Bildenden Künste Stuttgart. Her work has been exhibited internationally at institutions including Kunstraum Innsbruck, LUX London, Museo Jumex, Mexico City, Zachęta National Gallery of Art, Warsaw, and Kunstmuseum Stuttgart.
