Cinema Silenzio, Clockenflap, West Kowloon Culture District

It is delightful to announce that Videotage will be taking part in the annual event Clockenflap this year by presenting screening programme, Victoria’s Secret, curated by Isaac Leung. Clockenflap Music and Arts Festival is an annual music and arts festival held in Hong Kong, aiming to put the city on Asia’s contemporary media-arts circuit. This year, Clockenflap will be taking place in the West Kowloon Cultural District on 27 – 29 November.

Victoria’s Secret presents contemporary and historical film and video work from Hong Kong and China. It reinterprets our experience of here and now by looking into the ongoing dynamics of cultures in this region. The programme contains work by some of Hong Kong and China’s most exciting artists working in film and video, and varies between animation, documentary and artists’ moving image. Part of the program is selected from the project Both Sides Now and Videotage’s collection.
