Videotage is hiring Production Coordinator (3-Month Full-Time Contract)
The Production Coordinator will work closely with the Videotage team, artists, and partners to support the execution and logistics of diverse programmes, including exhibitions, screenings, performances, and talks. They will gain hands-on experience in media artwork handling and have the opportunity to develop audiovisual skills. The initial contract is for three months*, with the potential for renewal.
Job Description
Duties:
&#8211; Coordinate and produce media art programmes, particularly in production and logistics
&#8211; Create audiovisual content for programmes and marketing activities
&#8211; Provide technical support for media art programmes
&#8211; Assist with venue, facilities, and equipment management
&#8211; Handle administration work related to Videotage 
Requirements:
&#8211; Permanent residents of the HKSAR aged 18 or above
&#8211; Associate Degree Graduates of Higher Diploma Holders of local or overseas tertiary institutes or above, in arts, cultural studies, cultural management, or related disciplines*
&#8211; Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
&#8211; Skills in exhibition installation and/or performance production
&#8211; General knowledge of media art production is advantageous
&#8211; Proficiency with design software, such as Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop and/ or Sketchup, is preferred
&#8211; Self-motivated, proactive, and well-organized
&#8211; Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
 
* Candidates must be recent graduates from local or overseas tertiary institutions, with a graduation date after July 2022. **
