Lee Ka-wai graduated from the Academy of Visual Arts at Hong Kong Baptist University in 2022. Her artistic practice is characterized by experimentation with diverse mediums and the alternative use of everyday objects. By employing techniques of magnification and reduction, Lee transforms familiar scenes into unfamiliar experiences. Her work delves into the interconnectedness of people, their environments, and the objects around them, revealing new perspectives through the dynamic processes of stretching and compressing.
