Come and experience a deeper connection with yourself through a series of improvised experimental music and sound art. The open jam session is a unique opportunity to observe, share and jam music with a group of passionate musicians from Hong Kong. Through music jamming, improvisation, meditation and discussions, the session will ignite new possibilities and breathe new life to the unvaried Hong Kong music scene.

Being badly conservative, the music scene in Hong Kong is forced into the dead spot. In the society that is full of unscrupulously profit-making for its own selfish desires, the mainstream music is trying to put on an open attitude. Alas, it is either half-hearted or just some superficial changes only. Many musicians and music lovers are also keenly aware of helpless regret. Enthusiasts hold independent music events, underground music forums and seminars to promote all kinds of music in Hong Kong.

While fighting for what we all long for, why not be seated to have a calm meditation. Relax and unload any annoyance just to enjoy a quiet moment; feel the tiny little sound of the environment, on our mind and deep in our bodies. Have a thorough thought of the relationship between oneself and the variety of sounds and to further explore the intimacy of music to us. Within the interactive jam session that got no burdens and stereotypes, everyone is exposed to the tension and affection of music. Try to sublimate the subtle communication between individuals and to relieve the desire of getting rid of loneliness in our soul.

All people are invited to enjoy music with the joy of satisfaction, and to deepen our personal music experience while exploring the root of open minded music scene.

是次活動是一群本地實驗音樂人的音樂聚會，透過不同的形式，如默想，分享，互動即興演奏等，交流及發掘各種關於音樂和心靈的微妙關係。齊來加入是次難得的聚會，為香港的單一音樂文化帶來一股新氣像。

故步自封，香港的音樂環境生態被逼進死胡同里。
在唯利是圖為己私慾不擇手段的社會裡，
主流音樂嘗試擺出開放音樂的態度，
可嘆有的敷衍了事，有的膚淺地換湯不換藥，
不少音樂人和樂迷也痛感惋惜無奈。
其中一些熱誠之士更舉行獨立音樂活動、地下音樂論壇及座談會等，
促進各類音樂在港得以健全地笜壯成長。

在諸位熱愛音樂並努力推廣音樂文化的同時，
何不席地而坐，閉目默想，
卸下煩擾，享受片刻安靜。
感受環境，腦海，身體內細緻微小聲音。
思想自身與各種聲音的關係。
進而探討音樂給我們的種種親密意義。
在毫無包袱搗下心牆的互動即興演奏中，
親自置身於音樂那濃烈的感染張力內。
嘗試將各個體間較高層次的微妙交流推向極致，
舒解觸動靈魂間渴望不再孤獨的情愫。

誠邀同來享受音樂帶來的喜悅滿足，
深化個人音樂體驗的領域。
