光影塗鴉是一種以光影自製獨特影像的創作技巧。其獨特之處是玩家所寫與所畫的都會於一瞬間消失至無影無
蹤。而'夜光塗鴉'是2009 年「拾月當代」-'而家唔做等幾時'的閉幕節目。錄映太奇邀請了數名藝術家，XEX
GRP, 鄭智禮, Graphicairlines以三個月的時間，以無限熱誠創作他們的光影塗鴉作品。
於10同30日表演當晚，藝術家們將會帶領觀眾體驗一次難忘的光影之旅，以移動中的影像表達自我，無拘無
束的把想法與動感描繪於夜空中！
錄影太奇和 Lomography現正邀請閣下於10月25日，即「拾月當代」閉幕前的一星期，在Graphicairlines的
帶領下成為'光影塗鴉分子'。學員將會在工作坊中學會各種光影塗鴉的技巧，於10 月31 日聯同
Graphicairlines參與於錄映太奇舉行的「夜光塗鴉」大型露天表演！把個人的創作潛能幻化成感動全城的浪漫
能量！
工作坊和表演當日的所有自製影像和點滴將會被紀錄下來，於十一月期間繼續在Lomography Society Asia 內
的展覽空間內大放異彩。

藝術家簡介
XEX GRP. 是一個集合不同專長的六人創作組合。'X-ex'的意思是在不存在的領域中，組合喜歡創做新的，從
未出現過的事物。他們的個人和集體創作曾於2008年微波國際新媒體藝術節、香港獨立短片及錄像比賽、香
港國際電影節和404國際電子藝術節中展出。www.xex.hk
鄭智禮出生於1986年的香港。他喜歡探索新事物和體驗不同的錄像製作，作品題材涉及社會問題和提倡個人
信念與價值。他現正參與國際錄像藝術節目- "This Is Hong Kong"， 作品於世界各地如巴塞隆拿，首爾，漢堡

Graphicairlines是一個活躍的兩人視覺藝術組合。他們所設計的一系列人物是「醜惡美」的最佳代言人。Tat和

Light graffiti is a creative way of making DIY moving images using light motion. The motion will grasp our
invisible sight moment.
As the closing event of 'October Contemporary 2009 – Now or Never', Videotage hosts XEX GRP., Chilai
Howard and Graphicairlines in the event 'Night Light Graffiti'. The artists have developed their own creative
passion through their latest work in the last three months. They will lead an exciting night journey for
audience to discover the joy of putting thoughts in the air - "Now or Never!". Your creation, arts and sound
won't be stopped throughout the night of October 31.
On 25th of October, a week before the OC closing, Videotage and Lomography invite you to the way of being
an 'artistic creative activist' with the guidance from Graphicairlines! The workshop aims to share the
technique to make DIY light motion painting as a part of the 'Night Light Graffiti' OPEN AIR Performance on
31st. This artistic creative energy can move people forward, linking people get together, and turn individual
pleasure into romantic power. It will be time for discovering the invisible world of joy.
All the event documentation and DIY performance outcome will keep moving on to the gallery space of
Lomography Society Asia in November as a form of exhibition.

Wanna learn the skills of making light graffiti in advance? Join the Light Graffiti WORKSHOP to be held in
Lomographic Society Asia. The artist duo Graphicairlines will guide the participants to develop their concept
and put it into the air, then in the form of still picture and animation! Participants will have the chance to try
out the lomography camera Diana F+ Camera, Diana Instant Back with Fuji Instax Mini Film, and are
invited to join the performance night on Oct 31 to make a larger scale work of art with graphicairlines.

About the Artists
XEX GRP. is a group of six who specializes in different aspects of talent in creation. XEX GRP. creates things
that have never been made. Their individual and group works had been featured in Microwave International
New Media Art Festival 2008, Hong Kong Independent Short Film & Video Awards, Hong Kong International
Film Festival and 404 Festival. 'X-ex' means creation on non-existence. http://www.xex.hk
Chilai Howard was born in 1986 in Hong Kong who loves to explore speculative affairs and experience
different video productions. His previous works are mostly related to society issues presented in personal
beliefs and value. He is currently a participating artist of "This Is Hong Kong" international video programme.
His works have showcased in various exhibitions and festivals in Barcelona, Seoul, Hamburg, Hong Kong

Graphicairlines is one of most active visual art and design duo based in Hong Kong. The characters
created by Graphicairlines champion the "aesthetics of ugly". Tat & Vi joined force in 2002 and have since
become stalwarts of Hong Kong's burgeoning street art scene. Apart from publishing and exhibiting their
work since 2006, the pair produces their own design of hand-made products. Their aim is to enjoy the
voyage of life creation. Flying to different realms of creativity is what they hope for.
